Returns & Exchanges Policy
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order being delivered (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods or festive holidays). To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way, and the original swing tag must still be attached.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on Gift Cards. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you need more information, please submit an enquiry to our Customer Service team.
How Exchanges Work: If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, simply indicate this when submitting your return to hello@kitorae.com.
We will send out your replacement item once we’ve received and processed your return.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for returns to be processed once received.
Shipping Fees: Return shipping labels cost £2.99, which will be deducted from your refund. If you have any sizing questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us!
